It started with a simple combination: a passion for service and a love for the open road. From the earliest days of driving for proms, weddings, and special occasions, it became clear that the time spent between destinations was just as important as the arrival itself.

The vision was further solidified during a significant Yale graduation trip. Seeing the joy of family celebration and the way seamless, thoughtful service elevated the entire weekend provided the final spark.
That experience became the final confirmation. It was time to build PrimoServ.
